29. The Chamber may cancel recognition of a trainer or certification of an activity, or decrease the number of PDUs awarded therefor if it becomes aware that the activity being provided is different from the activity that was recognized or if the conditions set out in this Regulation are not being met. The Chamber must inform the applicant in question, in writing, of his right to submit written observations within the time limit indicated by it. The Chamber must then send its final decision to the applicant.
